What is a concierge practice?
Concierge practices are primary care offices that take a membership approach to their office. Major tenants of concierge practice include longer, unhurried appointments with their physician, and being able to schedule appointments at your convenience. Patients that are part of a concierge practice typically pay an annual membership fee.
When did Ng Family Healthcare Open?
We opened on February 1, 2021.
What insurances are accepted at Ng Family Healthcare?
Ng Family Healthcare accepts most PPOs. We do not accept any HMO insurance.
What separates Ng Family Healthcare from your previous practice?
Extended appointments, access to your physician outside of office hours for emergency requests, immediate access, on-time preferred scheduling coupled with great personalized care. Time is a critical commodity; you won't need to wait weeks to months to be seen.
By limiting the number of members, I have the ability to navigate your care and truly focus on your particular medical issue. Since opening this practice I have enjoyed building stronger relationships with my patients and providing care in a more efficient and effective manner.
This practice seeks to promote wellness and mitigate disease risk, rather than trying to catch up with disease once it has developed.
How do I become a patient at your practice?
Interested patients can leave their information including email, phone and insurance in our intake form. After reviewing your information we will contact you for a complimentary “Meet and Greet” where you will be able to meet Dr. Ng to discuss the features of being a member at this practice, and decide whether it is the right fit for your healthcare.
MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW
What is included in the membership fee?
New members begin with an executive physical similar to Mayo-Clinic. The comprehensive physical includes: EKG testing, BMI analysis, lung capacity, hearing evaluation, retinal scan and a complete lab panel.
Members get immediate access to my cell/pager 24/7. That means I am "on call" for you 24/7. You can text/call me for any emergency and I will respond.
Members get customized referrals to top specialists in the Southern Nevada area, preferably in network. Most of the time, I will call them to prep your visit, so that you can get your needs addressed sooner.
Members have access to in office lab draws.
Members will get an On-Line Patient Portal to keep up with their labs, appointments, and radiology reports.
Members also can see me via TeleHealth and I can coordinate your health care if you are at home, office, vacation, or in the car.
How much are membership fees?
2024 Annual memberships start at $2725.00 per year and $5250.00 per couple.
